Account Deletion (English)

In the app: open ودّيها → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Without the app: email dazzha.iq@gmail.com with the phone number registered on the account, the name on the account, and a request to delete your account and data. We complete such requests within 7 business days and reply by email.

Deleted permanently: name, phone number, business name, vehicle type and plate number, saved location, and the login account.

Retained: a reduced record of completed orders and their financial entries, kept for accounting and dispute resolution. Ask explicitly in your email if you want this erased too.

If you are a driver holding an unused balance, settle it before deleting — it cannot be recovered afterwards.
